New Client Consultation — $25
Clients who are new to Pazzion Stylez must complete a $25 consultation before their first service appointment. The $25 consultation fee is applied toward the first service total. Returning Pazzion Stylez clients do not need another new-client consultation solely because they choose a different Pazzion Stylez stylist. An additional consultation may be requested when a service or significant change requires further evaluation.

LaToya Terry started Pazzion Stylez from a genuine love for beauty and health. She first dreamed of becoming a pediatrician, but found another way to help people feel cared for: making children feel loved and beautiful, then bringing that same care to adults.
That passion grew into deeper study of healthy hair and skin, product creation and education. Today, Pazzion Stylez brings those paths together through professional services, handcrafted care products and practical beauty education.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

These policies help protect appointment time and create a smoother experience for every client.
New Client Consultation — $25
New clients to Pazzion Stylez must complete a $25 consultation before their first service. The consultation fee is applied toward the first completed service total. Existing Pazzion Stylez clients remain returning clients when switching stylists. An additional consultation may be requested when needed.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required based on the service selected. Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service balance. The exact deposit amount is shown during online booking.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may require a new deposit before rebooking.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period applies. Later arrivals may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the day's appointments.
No-Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit may be required before rebooking.
Guests & Children
Only clients receiving services should attend unless an additional guest or child is approved in advance.
Products & Services
Opened personal-care products are final sale except damaged/incorrect orders. Service concerns should be reported promptly so reasonable corrections can be discussed.
PRIVACY & FORM DATA
How form information is used.
Pazzion Stylez collects only the information clients choose to submit through website forms for communication, appointment-related questions, and photo/media-release recordkeeping.
What we collect
Depending on the form, information may include your name, email, phone number, service date, message, photo/media preferences, typed signature, and parent or guardian details for minors.
Why we collect it
Information is used to respond to inquiries, document consent or refusal for identifiable photo and video use, and maintain business records related to client communications and releases.
Form delivery
Website forms are processed through Pazzion Stylez’s same-site Cloudflare form endpoint. Submissions are normally recorded in the business’s Cloudflare D1 database. Contact inquiry and Photo Release notifications are sent through Cloudflare Email Service. For photo releases, a limited notification is sent when the database record is saved successfully; if database storage is temporarily unavailable, the server-side email fallback may include the full release so the submission is not lost. Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side rate limiting are used to reduce automated abuse and spam. Do not submit payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
Your choices
You may decline public photo or video use without affecting your ability to receive salon services. Form records are retained only as reasonably necessary for business communication, recordkeeping, consent documentation, and applicable legal obligations. To ask about information you submitted, including questions about correction, retention, or deletion where applicable, contact Pazzion Stylez using the phone or email listed on this website.

Do new clients need a consultation?
Yes. Clients who are new to Pazzion Stylez must complete a $25 consultation before their first service. The $25 is applied toward the first service total. Returning Pazzion Stylez clients do not need another new-client consultation unless one is specifically requested or needed.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes. Every online appointment requires you to choose either LaToya Terry or Kottia Cotton before continuing. Each stylist has her own schedule and available services.
Does Kottia offer every service shown on the Pazzion Stylez website?
Not necessarily. The website shows the overall Pazzion Stylez service menu. When you choose Kottia, Square displays only the services currently available for booking with her.
Can I switch stylists?
Yes. Existing Pazzion Stylez clients may book either stylist and do not need another new-client consultation solely because they change stylists.
Why don’t I see a certain service after choosing my stylist?
Services vary by stylist. If a service does not appear after you choose your stylist, it is not currently available for online booking with that professional. Contact Pazzion Stylez if you need help selecting the correct service.
How long should I expect my appointment to take?
Appointments can range from approximately 30 minutes to 12 hours depending on the service, hair length, density, preparation, and service complexity.
Can I buy products without an appointment?
Yes. Shop available Pazzion Stylez products online through our secure Square store. Pickup and shipping options are shown during checkout.
CLIENT PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
Record your photo-use preference.
Every client may choose whether Pazzion Stylez may publicly use identifiable photos or videos. Declining photo use does not affect your ability to receive salon services.

- Clients may consent to selected uses or decline public photo/video use. Declining does not affect salon services.
- When consent is given, only the selected uses are authorized, together with separate choices about face visibility and name use.
- For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the guardian section.
- Clients may later request that future use stop. Previously published or distributed materials may not always be retractable.
- Typing the required full name(s) documents the electronic signature and acknowledgment submitted with the release.
